1. General Provisions

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 (for each method).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawals are generally completed within 1 hour.
• The account used for deposit and the account used for withdrawal must be the same.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

mcw log offers new members a welcome bonus of 100% on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000 — before withdrawing the bonus, bets totalling ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 must be placed.

A bonus is not cash — it is a promotional credit that can only be withdrawn after the specified wagering requirements are met. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly.

• mcw log Weekly Deposit Reward: once per week, a 50% bonus on any deposit, up to ৳5,000, with 20x wagering, minimum deposit ৳500.
• mcw log Slot Festival Bonus: once per day on slot games, a 75% bonus up to ৳8,000, with 25x wagering, minimum deposit ৳500.
• mcw log Refer a Friend Reward: up to ৳1,500 for each successful referral, with 10x wagering.
• mcw log Birthday Special Gift: up to ৳2,000 once during the registered birthday month, with 5x wagering.
• mcw log Weekend Cricket Bonus: 30% bonus on the sports section during weekends, up to ৳3,000, with 15x wagering, minimum deposit ৳500.

More than one bonus cannot be active on a single account at the same time unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise. If bonus abuse, manipulation, or attempts to gain unfair advantage are proven, the account may be closed and the relevant funds forfeited.

6. Gaming Rules

In the event of any dispute over a betting outcome, the logs and records stored on mcw log's servers will be considered final. If a game result or payout is abnormal due to a technical fault, mcw log reserves the right to void that round or bet, and only the original stake will be refunded.

• Engaging in harassing or antisocial behaviour towards other users.

If any of the above activities are proven, the relevant account will be permanently closed and all funds in the account may be forfeited. In serious cases, mcw log reserves the right to notify law enforcement authorities.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

mcw log reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Providing false or incomplete identity information.
• Suspicion of fraud or illegal activity.
• Extended account inactivity.
• An order from a court or authority.

Users may also request closure of their own account at any time through the support team. If a valid balance exists at the time of closure, it may be withdrawn subject to verification.

9. Limitation of Liability
